Shaky G&E is searching for TikTok LIVE Recruiters for Agency Expansion

We are seeking creative, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our team as a TikTok LIVE Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented live streamers on TikTok LIVE to join our expanding TikTok LIVE agency. You will leverage your knowledge of the platform and its user base to actively engage with potential content creators and demonstrate the benefits of joining our agency. Your ultimate goal will be to build a diverse and dynamic community of live streamers who can captivate audiences with their engaging content.

Responsibilities:

  • Use TikTok’s LIVE feature to identify live streamers with the potential to gain significant followings with engaging content or are looking to improve their live streams
  • Engage with identified live streamers through TikTok LIVE sessions, providing information about our agency and its benefits
  • Build relationships with live streamers by effectively communicating the advantages of joining our TikTok LIVE agency
  • Collaborate with the agency’s marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining talented live streamers
  • Actively monitor and analyze trending content and popular live streamers on TikTok to stay up-to-date with current trends and potential recruitment opportunities
  • Attend relevant industry events, both online and offline, to network with influencers and explore potential partnership opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and results to the agency’s management team

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a TikTok user, with a strong understanding of the platform’s LIVE feature and its influencer landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and influence individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with popular TikTok trends, influencers, and content genres
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment streams simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to identify potential live streamers who align with the agency’s target audience and goals
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or related fields is a plus
  • A solid track record of building and nurturing relationships in the digital content creator space
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and targets
